The Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises will be closed from 6pm on New Year’s Eve until 4 January The Brønnøysund Register Centre are updating the systems to comply with the new acts relating to the Register of Business Enterprises and the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, which take effect on 1 January. You will not be able to use the form Coordinated register notification to register or update information while the update is in progress. This also applies to the form for establishing a limited company.
