How do you report a change of address, new bank account, and other changes?
If your company moves to a different address, gets new Board members, new bank account or similar, you need to make sure these changes are registered. Where to report the changes will depend on the type of changes you make.
Changing address/contact information/business description/board-members
Changes to the business address, phone number, e-mail, business name, business activity, board members and similar, are reported via the form Coordinated Register Notification in Altinn. When changing the business address, you must also report a move to the Norwegian Postal Service.
Changing bank account number for VAT refunds
You can report a change of bank account number for VAT refunds by logging in to the Tax Administration´s information on your enterprise.
Changing bank account number for payments from the Norwegian Tax Administration
You can change account number for payments of overpaid tax by logging in to the Tax Administration´s account information on your enterprise.
Changing bank account number for refunds from NAV
You can add or change account number for refunds from NAV to employers by logging in to the service "Bank account number for refunds from NAV to employers" (in Norwegian only).
