Enterprises that were closed or banned from serving alcohol due to infection control measures, can also apply for compensation for lost stock. The scheme applies for the periods December 2021 and January 2022.

Applications are processed entirely automatically, but some applications are selected from the queue for random checks. You will be notified via Altinn if your application is selected for checking in this way.
If you provide inaccurate information in the application either "wilfully or through gross negligence", the grant recipient may be fined and any undue or overpaid grants will be reclaimed.

If the auditor/accountant is registered as the enterprise’s auditor/accountant in the Central Register of Legal Entities, they will be entitled to fill in the form.
Employees of audit or accountancy firms are entitled to fill in the form if they hold one of the following Altinn roles:
- Accountant with signatory powers
- Accountant without signatory powers
- Payroll accountant
- Lead auditor
- Auditor
If the enterprise has signed an agreement with an auditor/accountant who is not registered as the enterprise’s auditor/accountant in the Central Register of Legal Entities, the enterprise’s general manager, owner or chair of the board must give the auditor/accountant concerned permission to complete the form.

Grant applications must be signed by a person with a key role in the enterprise
These roles are:
- General manager
- Chair of the board
- Proprietor
- Norwegian representative
- Contact person at a Norwegian branch of a foreign company (NUF)
- Controlling shipowner
- Partner (national ID number only)
- General partner (national ID number only)
The accountant or auditor must verify the information
The following roles can normally sign the form:
- General manager
- Chair of the board
- Owner of a sole proprietorship
- Personal partner
If the auditor/accountant is registered as the enterprise’s auditor/accountant in the Central Register of Legal Entities, employees with the following Altinn roles will also be able to sign the form:
- Lead auditor
- Accountant with signatory powers
In the event that the accountant or Public Accountant is not registered as the enterprise´s accountant/public accountant in the Register of Legal Entities, only those with the roles general manager (daglig leder), chairperson (styrets leder), proprietor (innehaver) or partner (deltaker) in the accounting/public accountant firm are authorized to sign. If others than the general manager, chairperson, proprietor or partner in the accounting /public accountant firm is to sign, they need to be delegated the role «Parallell signering» (parallel signing right).
Altinn role
To sign on behalf of an enterprise, you must have the Altinn role Parallel signing.
