Notification and annual reporting of export and import of waste (Mdir-004)
Combined service for two forms:
- Notification form for consent to export waste.
- Annual reporting form to the Norwegian Environment Agency for exported and imported waste.
About this form
The deadline for reporting is 1 March. The form is available from 1 February.
If you have not submitted a notification of export of waste before, we will need to register the company in our systems before you can access the form.
You can send information about the company (name, organisation no. and address) to eksportimport@miljodir.no.
You will need to login to Altinn by using MinID, BankID, Bypass or Commfides.
To access the service you need to have the Altinn role Energi, miljø og klima.
If you are missing these roles, someone will need to give you access.

This role can be delegated to an organisation and persons.
The duty to report on export and import of waste is a condition of the consent.
There are two forms:
- Notification form for export of waste
- Annual reporting form to the Norwegian Environment Agency for exported and imported waste.
