About this form
Product declaration must only be submitted by suppliers who offer a cash register system for sale, lease, or loan themselves or through distributors, to enterprises with bookkeeping obligations. The supplier is the manufacturer and importer, and distributors and others who adapt cash register systems for enterprises with a bookkeeping obligation. Enterprises who use a cash register system must not submit a product declaration.
To complete this form, you will need the Altinn role Reporter/sender, Accounting employee, Assistant auditor or Accountant without signing rights.
Signing the form requires the role Limited signing rights, or Accountant with signing rights.
If the company is required to have an auditor, the role Auditor in charge is required.
