Why should I use this form?
More about the form
Each municipality may set conditions for the issuing of licenses to show films or videograms on a commercial basis, cf. Section 2, paragraph four of the Film and Videogram Act. A license may be issued for a period of up to five years.
Anyone engaged in the showing of films and videograms on a commercial basis must pay a levy of 2.5 per cent of their gross turnover to the Norwegian Cinema and Film Foundation.
Films or videograms that shall be shown on a commercial basis must be registered with the Norwegian Media Authority in advance.
