Template for notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and persons closely associated with them (KRT-1500)
The Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 article 19 no 1, cf. no 2, state that persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), as well as persons closely associated with them, shall notify the issuer or the emission allowance market participant and the competent authority (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) of specified transactions.
This form is used for notification of transactions conducted by PDMRs and persons closely associated with them to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet).

When should I use this form?
The notification shall be made promptly and no later than three working days after the date of the transaction, cf. MAR article 19 no. 1 and 2, and Prop. 96 LS (2018-2019) page 75.
Who should use this form?
The form is to be used by persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as well as persons closely associated with them or by a person reporting on their behalf.
To complete this form you need the Altinn package Dokumentbasert Tilsyn.
