Register beneficial owners (RRH-0100)

All organisations subject to registration must register whether they have beneficial owners or not. 

Here you can check whether your organisation is obliged to register beneficial owners or not

• general manager
• participant with shared liability
• participant with unlimited liability
• business manager
• contact person
• contact person NUF
• deputy chair of the board
• Norwegian representative for a foreign business
• board member
• chair of the board

If you do not have access to fill out and submit the form, someone has to delegate the single service "registrering av reelle rettighetshavere" to you.

If you wish to be able to see decisions in respect to the registration, you need to have the single service "lese reelle rettighetshavere" or the role "mail/archive".

All organisations subject to registration are obliged to register beneficial owners 14 days after being registered in a public register, at the latest.

If the organisation has new beneficial owners or other changes in this respect, the information must be updated within 14 days.

• full name
• national identity number or d-number (alternatively birth date, if the person does not have a national identity number or d-number)
• country of residence
• all citizenships

You also have to add information about whether the person is a beneficial owner as a result of ownership, voting rights or the right to appoint or dismiss board members, or control/influence in any other way. Whether the control is direct, indirect or through appointments must also be registered.
