Possible error messages

We're working on making the error messages for system access clearer. In the meantime, below you'll find an explanation of what's most likely wrong when you receive the various messages.

You do not have sufficient access rights to approve this system access request.

You may get this error message if you're logged in with a user who does not have authorisation for the organisation this system access relates to. You may also get it if you try to open a request that exists, but that you don't have authorisation to view. Check which authorisations you have.

You lack access to read the system access request.

You may get this error message if you've been sent a link to a request linked to an organisation other than the one you represent. Check whether you have read access.

System access request for the selected actor does not exist. Are you sure you've selected the correct party?

You may get this message if you try to open a request with an ID that doesn't exist. Check whether you've been sent a link to the correct actor.

Delegation of services failed with an unknown error.

You may get this error message if you try to approve a system access, but an error occurs when granting authorisations for this system access.

Could not create system access, an existing system access already exists for the selected system.

You may get this error message if you try to create system access for the same system more than once. Check whether you or someone else has already created system access for the selected system.
