Email login

Email login is the new way to sign in to Altinn for users who do not have a Norwegian national identity number or D-number.

If you are creating a new user, you must choose: Email login.

How to sign in using your email address:

Select Log in → International → Email login
Enter your email address and select Next.
Check your email. You will receive a one-time code.

Enter the one-time code on the page to confirm the sign-in, then select Confirm.

Have you previously used Altinn Login?

You can link your old Altinn Login account to your new Email Login account. This gives you access to messages and forms that you have previously received or submitted.
