Share and grant power of attorney in the inbox

In the Altinn inbox you can grant another person power of attorney for one specific message or form. You can do this if you for example need help from a colleague or accountant with one specific case. The person will then receive power of attorney for what you share, and can follow up on your behalf or on behalf of the organisation.

How to share and grant power of attorney from the inbox:

1. Log in to the Altinn inbox.

2. Open the message or form you want to share.

3. Select Share and give power of attorney below the open message.

4. In the window that opens you can search for the person you want to grant power of attorney to. If you cannot find the person you want to share with, you must select New user.

5. Select Give power of attorney when you have found the person you want to share with.
