I cannot find what I have been notified about

If you have received a notification about a form, letter or message in your inbox but cannot find it, check the following:

  1. Have you selected the correct organization or person in the inbox?

  2. Is it in a folder? Check for example Drafts or Sent.

  3. Do you have the power of attorney you need?

If you do not have the power of attorney you need, you can request it. Go to Access management and select Request power of attorney from there
