Confidential mail

I need power of attorney for confidential mail

Ask the main administrator to give you power of attorney, or log in to Altinn and request power of attorney from there. The managing director and chair of the board are the main administrator.

The main administrator can grant you power of attorney in two ways:

  • To relevant individual services with confidential information.

  • To the access package Mail to business with confidential content.

It is also possible to share and grant power of attorney for a single message in the inbox.

  1. Go to Inbox.

  2. Open the message.

  3. Select Share and give power of attorney.

  4. Select the person you want to give power of attorney to.
