About client administration

What is client administration?

Client administration allows you to delegate powers of attorney and access that your organisation has received from another organisation. You can only delegate these to individuals, for example employees or partners. Managing directors and chairs of the board automatically have access to client administration. If you need others to handle this on your behalf, you can assign them the Client administrator access package.

Client administration was previously only available to accountants, auditors and business managers. It is now available to all organisations.

Grant powers of attorney and access on behalf of a client

You can grant other users, for example an employee, powers of attorney and access to a client. You can choose whether to start from the user or from the client.

Please note: You can currently only grant powers of attorney and access to access packages. From autumn 2026 you will also be able to grant powers of attorney and access to individual services.

Go to Client administration in the menu. Here you will find an overview of users and clients.
