Give powers of attorney and access to individual services
To give powers of attorney and access to individual services, you must be a main administrator, or an access manager who already holds the individual services you want to grant. You may hold this access directly, or have received it through an access package.
Only the main administrator can grant powers of attorney and access to certain services – those included in the Explicit service delegation access package.
How to find the user
Select the actor you want to give access on behalf of.
Go to Access management and select Users.
Find the person in the list. If the person is not listed, click New user and register their national identity number or D-number and surname.
Click the name of the user who should receive the access.
Select Single services.
How to grant the access
Click Give power of attorney.
Search the list to find the correct service. You can sort by agency to filter the service list.
Click the name of the service to see more information and options.
Select which actions the access should apply to – for example read, write or sign.
Check that only the necessary actions are selected.
Click Give power of attorney on the right when you have finished your selections.
You will receive a confirmation once the access has been registered. The access now appears in the user's list of active rights.
