This form is for enterprises that wish to connect to the modernised National Population Register
About this form
This form must be used if the business wants access or needs to change access to the population register. The form must also be used for those who need to have their access to the population register deleted.
All enterprises with a Norwegian organisation number may use the form.
Both enterprises that already have access to information in the National Population Register via the Tax Administration's distributor, and enterprises without this access must use the form to request access to the modernised National Population Register.
The person completing the form must have the Altinn role Limited signing, Contact person for NUF or be the General manager.

The form cannot be used by private individuals.
In the form, you'll be asked to fill in information about your enterprise and the access package you're requesting access to. You must also accept the standard conditions in order to be granted access. Once the form has been submitted, an executive officer will receive and process the application before giving you an answer.
