The form is used to apply for deferred payment or a payment agreement. This type of agreement is an exception. The applicant must explain why they cannot pay by the due date and attach a proposal for the best possible payment plan. The proposal must result in a quicker repayment than collection proceedings.
The collection of the claim will not be stopped while the application is being processed. Interest on overdue payments will accrue from the due date until the claim has been paid.
