Private individuals and self-employed persons with a sole proprietorship can use this form.
The order form is used for ordering a certificate of residence for tax purposes. We will send the certificate to the address registeres for you in the National Population Register.
The certificate cannot not be sent online.
This form is defined with private rights, i.e. so that no one other than yourself will be able to view submitted enquiries, receipt acknowledgements and replies in Altinn.
