Enterprises that are approved to work with asbestos must use this form to send the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet) an amendment to an already submitted notification of work with asbestos or asbestos-containing materials.

Enterprises that are approved to work with asbestos can use this form. They can use the form to report changes to already submitted notifications of work with asbestos or asbestos-containing material.
Why should I use this form?
You must submit this form to notify the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority of changes to an already submitted notification of work with asbestos.

- change the decontamination period for a reported assignment
- cancel a reported assignment
