This form is used when submitting new information to an existing case at the Norwegian Customs Agency.

About this form

This form should be used if: 

  • you have new information for a case that you already have under processing at the Norwegian Customs Agency.  
  • if you have new information that a case worker has requested for the case you have under processing 

 NB: This form must not be used when first contacting the Norwegian Customs. 

When a case has been opened at the Norwegian Customs, anyone can submit this form.  That includes  all importers, exporters, their representatives (transporters / freight forwarders, etc.) and private individuals.  

If you do not have a Norwegian social security number or D number, you can create a user.

All relevant information for a case that you are not allowed to write directly in the form and new information for your case after it has been created at the Norwegian Customs Agency. 

 Approved file formats for attachments are .jpeg, .png, .docx, .jpg, .pdf, .pptx, and .xlsx

 

To be able to submit the form, you need either an Altinn reference number or a case number from the Norwegian Customs Agency. 

You can find your Altinn reference number in the receipt of the first application you submitted. You can find the receipt in your Altinn inbox under archive. If you have received a case number from the customs office, it is important that you use this.

This form should only be used if you have an ongoing case with the Norwegian Customs Agency. To be able to submit the form, you need either an Altinn reference number or a case number from the Norwegian Customs.  

You can find your Altinn reference number in the receipt for the first application you submitted. You can find the receipt in your Altinn inbox under archive. 

NB: If your reference number starts with AR, it cannot be used here and it is therefore important that you use the case number you have been given from the Norwegian Customs Agency. 

It is important that you use the correct reference number/case number. If you do not use the correct number, the Customs Agency will not be able to locate your case and the case will not be processed.
