Premises that are to be used for hairdressing and skin care activities must satisfy the requirements in regulations on hygiene requirements for hairdressing activities, etc. and reported to the municipality before they are used.
Notice must be sent to the municipality.

Criteria/conditions:
The premises shall be designed, fitted out and equipped in a manner that enables cleaning, disinfection/sterilisation and storage of equipment to take place in a hygienically satisfactory manner in order to prevent the spread of contagious diseases.
The premises shall not be used for any other business or any activity that involves a sanitary risk, nor shall they be lent out or leased out for any such activity. Furniture, fixtures and equipment shall be adapted to the scope and nature of the activities and to the number of people who will occupy the premises.
Remarks:
Premises to be used for hairdressing and skin care businesses must be reported to the municipality before being used. If the business also engages in tattooing or piercing activities, the premises do not have to be reported, but must be approved by the municipality.
