Application for approval of Prospectus (KRT-1250) (KRT-n1250)
The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) scrutinizes and approves EEA prospectuses that pertain to (i) public offerings of transferable securities, and (ii) the listing of transferable securities on the Norwegian regulated market. Rules regarding prospectuses are governed by the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
Payment details and the prospectus fee will be generated in the form with a corresponding KID number. The prospectus fee must be paid within Finanstilsynet's 1st feedback. Late payment will result in termination of the process.

Application of approval of EEA prospectuses to Finanstilsynet.
The form may be completed by the issuer, manager or advisor on behalf of the issuer applying for approval. All issuers applying must have a valid LEI.
For Norwegian issuers, please ensure that you have the correct Altinn-role. If you do not have the correct role, the role must be delegated to you.
Issuers who log in using D-number or username will automatically have this role. Norwegian issuers are required to have both LEI and organization number. Foreign issuers are required to have LEI.
