Notification to Finanstilsynet by issuers that has delayed the disclosure of inside information (KRT-1801)

Where an issuer (or emission allowance market participant) has delayed the disclosure of inside information, the issuer is required to inform the competent authority (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) that disclosure of the information was delayed immediately after the information is disclosed to the public (cf. Article 17 No 4 of the Market abuse regulation).

This form is used for the issuers notification of delayed disclosure to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet).

The form is available to users without a Norwegian personal Identity number or D-number (level 0). See additional information under Who should use the form.

When should I use this form?

This form is to be sent to Finanstilsynet (the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority) immediately after the issuer has published inside information that has been subject to deferred publication, cf. Article 17 No 4 of the Market abuse regulation.

Who should use this form?

This form is to be used by issuers/the person who sends the notification on behalf of the issuer (or participant in the emission allowance market).

To complete this form you need the Altinn package Dokumentbasert Tilsyn.

You can see what roles you have on behalf of a party on the Access management page. If you do not have the necessary roles, you need someone who has the roles to delegate them to you.

If you do not have a Norwegian personal ID or D-number, you can log in with a new custom ID (level 0).

To log in at level 0, you must first create a custom user.

You do this by selecting Log in -> International -> E-mail log in and create a new user in form KRT-3080.

Use that e-maill address to log select form KRT-1801 by retracing the same steps: Log in -> International -> E-mail log in
