Notification of exemption from the reporting obligation for intragroup OTC derivative transactions (KRT-1177)
Use the form to report exemptions from the reporting obligation for intra-group OTC derivative transactions to a transaction register for a Norwegian counterparty, cf. regulation (EU) no. 648/2012 article 9, amended by regulation (EU) 2019/834.
