Insurance undertaking’s confirmation – agreement on insurance mediation (KRT-1187)

When entering into an insurance mediation agreement, insurance companies must ensure that the conditions for registration in the Insurance Mediation Act are met with the company they enter into an agreement with. If the conditions are met, the insurance company must give a confirmation to the company.

A form with confirmation from the insurance company is submitted to the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority if the company they enter into an agreement with applies for registration as an insurance agent company or ancillary insurance agent company (KRT-1186).

The form is available to foreign companies without a Norwegian organisation number, and users without a Norwegian national identity number/D-number (level 0). See more information under Who should use the form.

You will need a new Altinn user! Choose form KRT-3080: Click log on-International-Email login-fill out the form. 

To complete this form you need the Altinn package Dokumentbasert tilsyn, REPR or KNUF. The form must be signed by someone with the role Auditor's rights.
