About this form

All AIFMs granted authorization by Finanstilsynet to manage AIFs must report simplified or complete reporting to Finanstilsynet. The frequency depends mainly on the volume of assets under management, cf. Regulation (EU) no. 231/2013. The deadline for filing is either
Norwegian registered AIFMs (sub-threshold AIFMs) are required to report yearly. The deadline for filing is January 31. Error submission Make a copy of the submitted form and resubmit. To the right of the submitted form, under My Message Box -> Archived, you will find the option to make new copy. |

The form should be used by: - Norwegian AIFMs granted authorization by Finanstilsynet to manage AIFs - Norwegian registered AIFMs In order to complete this form, you need to have the Altinn role Reporter/sender . You can find your roles for an entity on the Profile page. If you do not have the role in question, you must ask a person who have this role to delegate it to you.
