Registration as buyer of catch and dock salesperson (FD-0026)

To purchase fish (wild living marine resources) directly from the fisherman, you must be registered as a buyer in the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries' registry of buyers. Buyers who have been granted an exemption to sell catch from a dock must also register in the registry of buyers.

Anyone who buys raw fish directly from the fisherman.
