All Norwegian operators engaged in commercial aviation shall use the form. The company shall report all flight activity, including any non-commercial activity.
The information in the form will provide the Civil Aviation Authority with an overview of activity in Norwegian aviation. Together with other data, the information helps to illuminate the state and development of flight safety, which the Civil Aviation Authority uses to direct its work and to inform the public.
The information may be shared in statistical form.
For flight safety purposes, more detailed information may be shared with others, provided the Civil Aviation Authority’s confidentiality obligations permit it.
