Authorisation from the Norwegian Environment Agency is required in order to work as a Norwegian Hunting Proficiency course instructor. The form is used by NaturConsult Larsson AS to register new hunting course instructors who have completed formal education approved by the Norwegian Environment Agency.

Authorisation from the Norwegian Environment Agency is required to instruct on mandatory hunting courses as a hunting course instructor. Authorisation is granted based on completed education, which is reported in this form.
The form is used by NaturConsult Larsson AS, and to fill out and submit this form in Altinn, you must be pre-approved. A minimum security level of 2 is required for completing and signing the form.
Documentation proving completion of rifle/shotgun shooting courses and a self-declaration form must be attached.
Authorisation is granted on the basis of a formal course approved by the Norwegian Environment Agency. It is Naturconsult Larsson AS that, under an agreement with the Norwegian Environment Agency, organises the formal courses, and updates the instructors every 5 years.
When the participant has completed the course, an authorisation is issued in Altinn from the Norwegian Register of Hunters on behalf of the Norwegian Environment Agency. The Norwegian Register of Hunters maintains a registry of authorised hunting course instructors.
Criteria/conditions:
Authorisation as a hunting course instructor is subject to various conditions, with documentation requirements to be met throughout the education process for approval.

Remarks:
A person who has completed the instructor's course is authorised for a period of five years. In the course of this period, the instructor must complete a refresher course in order to be authorised for another five years.
Processing time:
Adheres to the rules in the Public Administration Act.
Fee:
You must pay for the education, but there is no fee for obtaining the authorisation.
