On 9 March, we will replace our e-mail address with a contact form
If you need help and wish to submit your question in writing, you must use our new contact form from this date.
Once our contact form is available for use, we will stop using our e-mail address a-ordningen@skatteetaten.no.
The contact form will be available at altinn.no/a-ordningen from 9 March. You will need to log in to use the form.
If you would rather get help over the telephone, you will still be able to call us on telephone 800 800 00. For information in English, select 9 and then 4.
